Installation
Usually, you don't need it. Most sites will opt for our Software as a Service approach, where we are hosting and managing the service and supporting infrastructure - so no installation is required and we keep the software up to date for you. All you need is access to the system through a PC, an Apple Mac or a mobile device with a web browser. Of course we provide standard installation services for those customers who want to install PageTypes on their own servers too.

Software Support
The standard PageTypes subscription provides new releases as and when they become available, and access to the help desk for defect correction. However, we can provide additional, tailored support services for organisations that need a higher level of service, or to cater for special circumstances.

Site Design
For no additional cost, you could us any of the existing templates from the library we have created - see our skins portfolio for examples. Just add your company logo and get started. However, most people want a specific design and colour scheme, so we will agree your requirements in a design workshop. This will produce a design brief, from which one of our design team will create sample designs. We can then work together to refine it and subsequently develop exactly what you want.
